HYBRID BATTERY WARRANTY

Although we want you to be 100% satisfied we must limit our liability. By purchasing our product and service you agree to our limited warranty and the limits of our liability and waiver of claims.

WARRANTY REQUEST SERVICES

All warranty service requests must be initiated by calling 619-203-2993. ( You will be required to provide a detailed vehicle scan that shows the vehicles VIN)

We will then make and assessment of your vehicle and make an appointment for service.

We do not provide towing services for vehicles. HEV Rescue may charge a $200 Diagnostic fee for false warranty claims.

LIMITED HYBRID BATTERY WARRANTY | WAIVER OF CLAIMS

Choice of 4-Year Unlimited Mileage or 4-Year/48,000-Mile warranties. Both cover 100% parts & labor for repair or replacement. Repairs/replacements may take up to 7 business days.

This HEVRescue Hybrid Battery Warranty is void if damage results from: misuse, abuse, accident; unauthorized accessories; product alteration; improper installation; harsh weather/chemicals; or improper maintenance. This warranty is also void if the product is opened, stickers are tampered with/broken/missing, or damage arises from conditions beyond HEV Rescue’s control.

IN ALL CASES, HEV Rescue SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, ARE EXCLUDED.

Waiver and Release of Liability:

By accepting this product (detailed in your HEVRescue Hybrid Battery Warranty), you waive and release all current or future claims against HEV Rescue (its employees, officers, directors, agents, customers) for any: claims, demands, suits, causes of action, legal proceedings (civil/criminal), damages, losses, liabilities (incl. strict liability in tort), obligations, penalties, judgments, fines, sanctions, and related costs/expenses (incl. legal fees) arising from injury, death, property loss/damage, or loss of property use. This waiver applies to issues from the possession, condition, use, or operation of this product (covered by said HEVRescue Hybrid Battery Warranty). This waiver is a condition of your HEVRescue Hybrid Battery Warranty.

THE FACTS:

• This Hybrid Battery Warranty is NOT transferable to any other vehicle except where required by law. This means the warranty only applies to the purchased battery in the original vehicle. This warranty becomes null and void if you install the battery in a different vehicle other than the original vehicle.

• Hybrid Battery Warranty becomes null and void if the vehicle is totaled in an accident or otherwise written-off.
• If the battery is found to be defective in material, workmanship, or installation by  during the warranty period, HEV Rescue will replace or repair the hybrid battery free of charge once the vehicle has been diagnosed with a hybrid battery failure and we review the diagnostic information to confirm the failure.
• In some cases we do honor warranty transfer requests. Warranty transfer requests may be requested by emailing us at [email protected].
• We Do not guarantee MPG’s. Each vehicle’s MPG’s may vary based on vehicle / driving conditions and driving habits.

THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES FAILURE DUE TO:

• Poor vehicle maintenance – including engine failure to start or poor engine power conditions which discharge the hybrid battery due to the engine failing to start or properly run. (Faulty Engine, Engine components, Transmission, Inverter, Fuel Pumps)
• Vehicle conditions that may cause premature failure.
• Batteries installed in vehicles that are stored for extended periods without operation. (More that 30 Days)
• Removal, tampering, or damage to warranty labels.
• Any modification or bypass of vehicle systems not in congruence with manufacturer specifications
• Reinstallation of the HV battery into a different vehicle
• Flooding, Fire, or other damaging incidents in which the batteries environment is compromised.
• Any condition beyond the control of HEV Rescue
